Ingredients

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 4 garlic buds
  • 2 tablespoons pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Louisiana sauce
  • 4 lemons

Instructions

  1. Bring to a boil.
  2. You can use this on any kind of meat. Brush it on chicken or spareribs.
  3. Cook on grill or bake in oven.
