Instructions

  1. Heat skillet, add oil, and sauté peppers, onions, celery, and toss.
  2. Add all seafood, tomato, chicken stock, and Cajun spice.
  3. Dilute cornstarch and water, add chicken stock mixture and simmer.
  4. Serve in Bread Bowl with chopped scallions.
