Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon celery, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Few drops Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Blend and chill all ingredients.
  2. Serve over freshly-shucked oysters.
