Carrot Salad
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 cups shredded carrots
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Dash salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, adding a little more mayonnaise and honey, if desired, to suit your taste.
