Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 cups shredded carrots
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Dash salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, adding a little more mayonnaise and honey, if desired, to suit your taste.
