1 small head cabbage, shredded (enough for 4 to 5 cups)
1/2 cup finely minced or grated onion
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup whipping cream
Shred cabbage and place in a bowl with a lid.
Add onion and mix.
Combine sugar and vinegar in another bowl.
Using a whisk, beat in whipping cream
until smooth and thickened. Add to slaw a little at a time, using just enough to
moisten. You don't want the cabbage to "swim." You can always add
more later if needed.
