Pecan Stuffed Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 large hard cooked eggs, peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Halve the eggs, remove the yolks and mash.
- Add the mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients. Mix well and add the chopped pecans.
- Fill the halves with the yolk mixture.
