Pecan Stuffed Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 large hard cooked eggs, peeled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Halve the eggs, remove the yolks and mash.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients. Mix well and add the chopped pecans.
  3. Fill the halves with the yolk mixture.
