Southern Karo Syrup Chicken
- 1 broiler-fryer chicken
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup Karo corn syrup
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Cut up chicken.
- In skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in butter about 30 minutes or until
tender. Drain off fat.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook over medium heat, turning
often, for 5 to 10 minutes or until glazed.
