Orange Curried Rice




  1. In a heavy saucepan sauté the onions in butter until soft.
  2. Stir in the curry powder and rice; cook and stir two minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir with a fork. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove bay leaf before serving.

Serves 6.
