Chocolate Irish Cream Fondue

Ingredients

Fondue

  • 9 ounces baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1/4 cup light cream or heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream

Dippers

  • Cake, cubed
  • Banana chunks
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Strawberries

Instructions

  1. In saucepan combine all ingredients. Stir over low heat until the chocolate has melted and is smooth.
  2. Serve in a chafing dish over low heat. Dip dippers into fondue.
