Guinness Corned Beef
1 (4 pound) corned beef brisket
1 cup brown sugar
1 (12 ounce) can or bottle of Guinness
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Rinse beef and pat dry. Rub with brown sugar. Put on rack in Dutch oven or roasting pan. Pour Guinness around it and a bit over it.
Bake for 2 1/2 hours.
