Guinness Corned Beef
- 1 (4 pound) corned beef brisket
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) can or bottle Guinness
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Rinse beef and pat dry. Rub with brown sugar. Put on rack in
Dutch oven or roasting pan. Pour Guinness around it and a bit over it.
- Bake for 2 1/2 hours.
