Ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes, peeled
  • Small bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Steam potatoes until soft. Mash.
  2. Cook the green onions in milk for 5 minutes.
  3. Beat this mixture into the mashed potatoes until all is smooth. Add salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Mound on plates and top with butter.
