Luck of the Irish Stew

This is a traditional St. Patrick's Day dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 5 Irish potatoes, chopped
  • 5 carrots, chopped
  • 1 can corned beef
  • 2 cups water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large saucepan and cook over medium heat until potatoes and carrots are tender.
