Congealed Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 1 small box lemon gelatin
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 2 cups white tuna, flaked
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon onion juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (2 ounce) can chopped pimento
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 cup hot water.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix; pour into an 8-inch square dish.
- Congeal in refrigerator.
- Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
