Congealed Tuna Salad



  • 1 small box lemon gelatin
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 2 cups white tuna, flaked
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (2 ounce) can chopped pimento
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup chopped pecans


  1. Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 cup hot water.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix; pour into an 8-inch square dish.
  3. Congeal in refrigerator.
  4. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
