Crab Chow Mein Salad



You may also use both shrimp and crab if you wish.


  1. Cook peas; drain.
  2. Drain crab and shrimp.
  3. Combine peas, seafood and onions. Chill.
  4. Add celery after chilling.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, soy, lemon, ginger and garlic salt.
  6. Add to first mixture.
  7. Just before serving, add chow mein noodles.
