Crab Salad



  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • 8 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • Lettuce leaves (for garnish)
  • 1 pound fresh crab meat, chilled


  1. Mix all ingredients except lettuce leaves and crab meat. Chill.
  2. Garnish individual salad plates with lettuce leaves.
  3. Gently fold crab meat into sauce mixture and arrange on top of lettuce.
