- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- 8 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- Lettuce leaves (for garnish)
- 1 pound fresh crab meat, chilled
- Mix all ingredients except lettuce leaves and crab meat. Chill.
- Garnish individual salad plates with lettuce leaves.
- Gently fold crab meat into sauce mixture and arrange
on top of lettuce.
