Tuna Noodle Salad
- 2 (3 ounce) packages shrimp flavor ramen noodles
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 can tuna, drained
- Break ramen noodles in half. Cook in boiling water until tender. Cool under running
cold water, then drain well.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, water and seasoning packets in a bowl.
- Stir in cucumbers, onion, tuna and the noodles. Serve.
