Tuna Noodle Salad


  • 2 (3 ounce) packages shrimp flavor ramen noodles
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 can tuna, drained


  1. Break ramen noodles in half. Cook in boiling water until tender. Cool under running cold water, then drain well.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, water and seasoning packets in a bowl.
  3. Stir in cucumbers, onion, tuna and the noodles. Serve.
