Buttermint Salad



1 (3 ounce) box lime jello

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

3 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip

1 package buttermints (about 1 cup), coarsely crushed or chopped


Mix together the dry jello, pineapple with juice and marshmallows. Refrigerate overnight.

Two to three hours before serving, fold in buttermints and Cool Whip. Refrigerate until serving time.

Very sweet, but delicious!
