Coconut Fruit Salad
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 2 (3.4 ounce) box instant coconut cream pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple, drained
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Mix together the pudding, milk and cream cheese.
- Add the fruits and marshmallows, mixing gently.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
