Grape Salad



8 ounces cream cheese

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1 large can pineapple, drained

4 cups seedless white grapes

2/3 cup chopped nuts

1 (6 ounce) package miniature marshmallows


Cream the cheese with pineapple juice. Add the drained pineapple, grapes, nuts and marshmallows. Mix well and refrigerate for several hours. Serve on lettuce leaves.

Serves 6 to 8.
