Macaroni Fruit Salad
Ingredients
Dressing
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 lemon juice
- Juice from 8 ounce can crushed pineapple
Salad
- 1 1/2 cups ring or small shell macaroni, cooked
- 1 cup cream, whipped
- 3 cups diced apple (peeled or unpeeled)
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups fresh Bing cherries, halved or 1 (16 ounce) can Bing cherries, drained
Instructions
- Dressing: Cook until thickened and cool slightly.
- Salad: Mix all except the cherries together. Chill and just before serving, add
cherries.
