Macaroni Fruit Salad 2

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice Juice from 8 ounce can crushed pineapple

Salad

  • 1 1/2 cups ring or small shell macaroni, cooked
  • 1 cup cream, whipped
  • 3 cups diced apple
  • Crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Dressing: Cook until thickened and cool slightly.
  2. Salad: Mix all together. Chill.
  3. Just before serving, add 2 cups fresh Bing cherries, halved, or a 1-pound can Bing cherries, drained.
