Margarita Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1 mango, diced large

1 papaya, diced large

1 cup cubed pineapple,

1 pint strawberries, halved

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Juice of 3 limes

2 ounces tequila (optional)



Instructions

In a large bowl combine all the fruits and the cilantro.

In a small bowl combine sugar, lime juice and tequila. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the liquid to the fruits and gently combine. Serve chilled.

Serves 4.
