Mischievous Angel Sawdust Salad



1/2 pound marshmallows

1/2 cup light cream

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 teaspoons grated lemon rind

1 cup finely diced bananas

1/2 cup nuts


Melt marshmallows in light cream over low heat. Stir until smooth. Combine nuts, lemon juice, grated rind and bananas and add to marshmallow mixture. Chill.

When cool, add stiffly beaten whipping cream. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart buttered mold. Refrigerate until mixture is set.

Serves 8.
