Pineapple Walnut Salad

Yield: 2 (1 cup) servings

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Blend together the pineapple, cream cheese and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir in nuts.
  3. Fold in whipped topping, and chill before serving.
