Pineapple Walnut Salad
Yield: 2 (1 cup) servings
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Blend together the pineapple, cream cheese and vanilla extract.
- Stir in nuts.
- Fold in whipped topping, and chill before serving.
