Pineapple Walnut Salad



1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

4 ounces cream cheese

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup walnuts

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed


Blend together the pineapple, cream cheese and vanilla extract. Stir in nuts. Fold in whipped topping, and chill before serving.

Makes 2 cups (2 servings).
