Strawberry Cream Cheese Delight

Ingredients

• 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 (16 ounce) package frozen, sliced strawberries
• 1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Instructions

1. Thaw and drain strawberries. Set aside.
2. Beat cheese and sugar with mixer until light and fluffy.
3. Fold in strawberries and whipped cream.
4. Turn into 5-cup mold.
5. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
6. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes; unmold.
7. Garnish with mint or strawberries.

Notes

For Christmas, garnish with holly and berries.
