Strawberry Cream Squares



1 (3 ounce) box strawberry jello

1 cup boiling water

1 (10 ounce) box frozen strawberries

1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream


Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add strawberries and drained crushed pineapple. Pour half of the jello mixture into an 8-inch square pan and refrigerate until firm. Spread with sour cream and add the remaining jello mixture Refrigerate until firm.
