Frozen Lime Mint Salad

  1. In large bowl combine both cans undrained pineapple.
  2. Add dry gelatin, marshmallows and mints.
  3. Cover and refrigerate several hours or until marshmallows begin to melt.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip.
  5. Place in 13 x 9-inch pan or 8-cup mold.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours.

May be made several days ahead. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
