Heavenly Salad

Ingredients

• 2 small boxes lemon gelatin
• 1 can crushed pineapple
• 1 cup celery, finely chopped
• 1 cup cheese, grated
• 1 pint whipping cream, not whipped
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 cups hot water
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup nuts
• 6 scallions, chopped

Instructions

1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
2. Add pineapple and sugar; stir well.
3. Add cheese, cream and nuts.
4. Let set until thickened.
5. Top with remaining ingredients.
