Ice Cream Salad

Ingredients

• 2 small boxes lemon gelatin
• 1 1/2 cups hot water
• 1 can crushed pineapple
• 1 pint vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 cup walnuts

Instructions

1. Mix gelatin in boiling water and chill until it starts to set.
2. Add crushed pineapple and ice cream and beat well.
3. Blend in walnuts.
4. Chill until firm.
