Lemon-Cheddar Cheese Mold

Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes lemon gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream (not whipped)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and let cool.
  2. Add whipping cream, Cheddar cheese and pineapple; pour into a mold and chill until firm.
