Lemon-Cheddar Cheese Mold
Ingredients
- 2 small boxes lemon gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream (not whipped)
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and let cool.
- Add whipping cream, Cheddar cheese and pineapple; pour into a mold and chill until firm.
