Light and Fruity Raspberry Mold

Ingredients



Instructions

  1. Lightly spray a mold or Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Pour 1 1/2 cups raspberry-cranberry juice drink into a large glass mixing bowl.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over juice drink; let sit for about 2 minutes to allow the gelatin to soften.
  4. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until warm. Do not boil. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  5. Stir in remaining juice.
  6. Refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken.
  7. Stir in crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges and grapes.
  8. Pour into mold or large non-stick Bundt pan. Chill until set.
