Strawberry Cream Squares



  • 2 small boxes strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries
  • 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 ripe bananas, finely diced
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream


  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add frozen strawberries; stir occasionally until thawed.
  3. Add crushed pineapple and bananas.
  4. Pour half into an 8-inch square pan. Chill firm.
  5. Spread evenly with 1 cup sour cream.
  6. Pour remaining gelatin on top.
  7. Chill until firm.
  8. Cut into 9 squares.
  9. Top with dollops of sour cream.
