Chicken Shoestring Potato Salad
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip, thinned with cream
- 2 tablespoons
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
small can shoestring potatoes
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- Mix together the first five ingredients and chill, even overnight.
- Just before
serving add shoestring potatoes and almonds.
You may substitute 1 family-size can of tuna for the chicken, then reduce the
Miracle Whip by 1/2 cup.
