Dilled Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Rinse with cold water; drain again.
  3. Add onion, celery, green pepper and carrots; toss.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients and gently stir this mixture into the pasta mixture.
  5. Chill for at least one hour before serving to develop flavors.
