Pepperoni Pasta Salad 2



  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli, red peppers, onions and mushrooms mix
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 (3 ounce) packaged thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup peppercorn or ranch salad dressing

  1. Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain.
  2. Combine vegetables and macaroni in a large bowl. Chill.
  3. Toss with pepperoni and dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste.
