Asian Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 bag fresh spinach
  • 1 bag mixed greens
  • 3 cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup chow mein noodles
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced

Asian Dressing

  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • 5 drops soy sauce
  • 1 3/4 cups canola oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Salad: Open bags of spinach and greens and toss together. Add oranges, cashews, chow mein noodles and onion. Toss together.
  2. Mix together dressing and pour over salad. Toss together salad with dressing and serve.
  3. Asian Dressing: Whisk together all ingredients well.
