Bean Salad



  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can red beans
  • 1 can yellow wax beans
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper


  1. Mix vegetable oil, salt, sugar, pepper and vinegar.
  2. Drain all the beans well.
  3. Pour vegetable oil mixture over the beans, onion and green bell pepper.
  4. Mix all together, and refrigerate until chilled.
