Carrot-Raisin Salad
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sun-Maid Raisins
- 2 cups grated carrot
- 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Salad greens
Instructions
- Combine Sun-Maid Raisins, carrot and drained pineapple.
- Blend in mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.
- Serve on crisp salad greens.
