Carrot-Raisin Salad



  • 1/2 cup Sun-Maid Raisins
  • 2 cups grated carrot
  • 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Salad greens


  1. Combine Sun-Maid Raisins, carrot and drained pineapple.
  2. Blend in mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Serve on crisp salad greens.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
