Marinated Broccoli and Cauliflower
- 1 1/2 pounds cauliflower
- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli
- 1 cup cider vinegar
tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Break cauliflower and broccoli into florets.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
- Drain well before serving.
