Marinated Carrots
Ingredients
- 2 pounds carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 medium bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Instructions
- Cook carrots until fork tender.
- Drain; mix all ingredients.
- Chill overnight.
