Old-Fashioned Hot Slaw
- 4 cups cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2
teaspoons prepared mustard
- Beat eggs lightly, add vinegar and seasonings and blend well. Cook until thick,
- Pour over cabbage and serve hot.
