Shredded Cabbage with Sour Cream Dressing




  1. Combine shredded cabbage, salt, onion and water in saucepan. Cover and bring to boil quickly; reduce heat and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until thickened. Pour over cooked cabbage and serve with cooked vegetables such as green beans or summer squash.
