Tomato Salad



  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 4 ounces (about 1 cup) crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green olives
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or 1 tablespoon fresh


  1. Core tomatoes and chop them into small pieces.
  2. Combine the pieces in a bowl with crumbled feta, green olives and oregano. Stir to combine.

Serves 4.
