Anchovy Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 anchovy fillets, chopped fine

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a covered jar and shake well.
  2. Chill in refrigerator.
  3. Before serving, shake thoroughly.
