Cattleman's Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 6 ounces cream cheese
• 1 1/2 pints sour cream
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Soften cream cheese to mixing softness; add sour cream and blend well.
2. Add egg and beat thoroughly; add garlic powder and salt. Beat for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Store in a jar in refrigerator.
