Creamy Roquefort Dressing



  • 1/2 pound Roquefort cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup light cream or dairy sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Dash of MSG
  • Dash of white pepper
  • Dash of garlic salt


  1. Crumble cheese; add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. If a thinner dressing is desired, add additional cream or milk.

Makes about 1 pint.
