Evaporated Milk Dressing

This is especially good on cabbage slaw or broccoli slaw.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add sugar to vinegar and stir until sugar has dissolved.
  2. Beat in milk until mixture thickens.
  3. To use for slaw, pour over slaw.
  4. Use a fork to blend dressing through shredded cabbage or matchstick broccoli.
