Green Goddess Dressing
Green Goddess Dressing originated in San Francisco.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon
white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon minced parsley
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Blend together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, anchovy paste, parsley
and onion; season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Makes about 2 cups.
Dressing may be refrigerated
in a covered container for up to 2 weeks.
