Green Onion Dressing



  • 4 green onions
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


  1. Cut onions into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Combine with other ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until onions are chopped.
  3. Chill for several hours before serving.
