I neglected to ask how much it made, but I'm guessing about a cup and a half.
She said she puts it on a simple salad of lettuce, cashew pieces and shredded Swiss
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup very finely minced onion
- 1 teaspoon
- Pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in blender and mix until well blended.
